BioI'm changing forever.
I've always loved fitness, and there was a time 5 years ago that I was in fantastic shape. My husband even says that is when I looked my absolute best.
I'm going to be better than that.
I'm a 31 year-old mother of 3 beautiful daughters. Two of my daughters have autism.
My mentor in the process of becoming the most fit and healthy me EVER is Jillian Michaels. I have every DVD, book, and radio show on CD that she has ever done. I am also a member of her website http://www.jillianmichaels.com My icon is a picture of her as well.
I would love to read the journals of others that are as addicted to fitness and health as I am. It's a healthy obsession of mine.
